I have made a mistake on the spelling, can it be changed?

It is very important that you proof read any personalisation text that you require as we are unable to change it once its been printed. If however you have noticed a mistake, please message us immediately!

Can I wash items that have been personalised?

Items with personalisation should be washed inside out on a cold wash without fabric conditioner. Please DO NOT iron directly on the vinyl.

What is your processing time?

The time we need to process an order for dispatch is 1-2 weeks. This dispatch time is a guideline only.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your purchase cannot be cancelled but please do contact us if you have any problems.

 When will I receive my order?

Once you have received a dispatch email, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days via Royal Mails Second Class Service. Once it has been dispatched please note that it is not in our control. If you need it sooner, we advise that you upgrade your postage to First Class. Please contact us for more information.

Can you track my item?

If you would like your item to be tracked, please upgrade to a tracked service. If you do not opt for this service then please note we are unable to offer any tracking details.

When will I receive my Subscription box?

Monthly subscription boxes are sent at the beginning of every month. Subscriptions should be placed by the 13th of every month to ensure you receive your box for the following month. If you have subscribed after the 13th then you will receive your box the month after. For example if you purchase your subscription on the 20th of May, your first subscription box will be delivered in the first week of July.
